Non-Invasive Ventilation
A non-invasive ventilator is used to help patients with Pneumonia, COPD, Emphysema, or other lung diseases breath. Non-invasive ventilation is primarily used at night while sleeping or while resting but can also be used throughout the day when breathing becomes difficult. Non-invasive ventilators are designed to be portable and wireless. Non-invasive ventilators provide a better quality of life and decreased hospitalizations for those with COPD and other chronic respiratory diseases.
